We aim to provide a high standard of care and make your experience at the practice as pleasant as possible. We welcome your compliments, comments and any feedback that you think would improve our services to you. You can leave feedback using the Friends & Family test cards, located in reception, or online at the NHS Choices webpage for our practice.
However, should you have any concerns or complaints, we will deal with you courteously and promptly. Our aim is to respond to any complaint in the same way in which we would want a complaint about a service to be handled.
